Volunteer

Be the reason someone smiles today

There are many ways to make a difference in the lives of Keshet participants and their families. To volunteer, you just need a little time and a whole lot of heart. Each volunteer has the power to help someone learn a new skill, connect to the community, form friendships, have fun and lead a meaningful life.

People of all ages (6th grade and older) are encouraged to volunteer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing personalized thank you notes
  • Calling donors to thank them for gifts
  • Wrapping “thank you” packages
  • Stuffing envelopes and mailings.

Many of these opportunities can be done from the comfort of your home. There is a minimum of a one-year commitment to join beginning January 2024, with 2 hours a month to help with various projects.
